PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple attaching structure of a PTC thermistor in a heater for heating an object to heat housed in a case while using a PTC thermistor via a heating plate. SOLUTION: A housing hole 51 is formed on a printed board 50 which is disposed in a lower case 43, a heating plate 60 is attached on one plate surface of the printed board 50, and a terminal 80 consisting of a plate spring is attached on the other plate surface. The PTC thermistor 70 is positioned and housed in the housing hole 51 and is made into a structure such that both the electrode surfaces 70a, 70b are sandwiched by the terminal 80 and the heating plate 60.
