PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily determine which of the objects to be measured is to be connected to which of the cables. SOLUTION: The measurement system 1 measures insulation resistance between terminals of a circuit board 50 via a cable 14 connected to an output terminal of a scanner 11. A bar code seal 52 indicating information on the circuit board 50 sticks to the circuit board 50. The measurement system 1 obtains the information on the circuit board 50 from the bar code seal 52, connects the cable 14 to the ground, and identifies to which of the output terminals the cable 14 is connected. The measurement system 1 associates the information on the circuit board 50 with cable information on the cable 14 connected to the circuit board 50 and stores them. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
