PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that it was not possible to independently measure the components of orthogonal triaxial directions in three dimensional space shape of the electric field of an inspection object by an existing electric field sensor when specifying the position of an electric field generating source. SOLUTION: A three dimensional electric field sensor device is provided with an electric field detecting portion where conductive electrodes are arranged at respective face of a cubic metallic case. A three dimensional electric field sensor device having an electric field detecting portion where conductive electrodes with divided spherical surface shape are arranged at a metallic spherical body is also provided. A detecting system of an electromagnetic field generating source which is a combination of the three dimensional electric field sensor device and such an electromagnetic wave detecting device as an antenna device and the like is provided.
