MANUFACTURING METHOD OF ELECTRIC COMPRESSOR, ELECTRIC COMPRESSOR AND ITS COMPONENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric compressor capable of certainly preventing leakage of a refrigerant. SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of this electric compressor is furnished with a step to manufacture a connecting pipe 36 to connect a casing member 31 and a terminal unit 37 made of aluminum alloy to each other. At least a part of a casing to store an electric motor and a compressing mechanism driven by the electric motor is formed on the casing member 31. Electric power is supplied to the electric motor through the terminal unit 37. The terminal unit 37 is furnished with a first member 60 made of iron alloy on which a through-hole 61a is provided, an electrode 64 passed through the through-hole 61a and a glass 66 to seal a clearance between the electrode 64 and the first member 60. The step to manufacture the connecting pipe 36 includes a step to connect an iron alloy pipe 40 and an aluminum alloy pipe 50 under a metallurgic connecting method. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
