PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intake manifold device with a passage length change-over part for more quickly and smoothly changing over the length of an intake passage. SOLUTION: On the midway of the intake passage 16 as part of an intake manifold 14, the passage length change-over part 18 is provided which has a valve 42 for freely changing over the length of the passage. At both ends of the valve 42, first and second opening ends 46, 48 are formed which have circular portions 46a, 48a shaped approximately circular in cross section. The circular portions 46a, 48a have radius centers C1, C2 offset from the center of a shaft 40 as a turning center C of the valve 42. During the turning displacement of the valve 42, sliding resistance is reduced between each of the first and second opening ends 46, 48 and each of first and second seal members 36, 38 provided at the ends of the intake passage 16.
