PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting bracket for mounting an upper sheeted roof on a lower sheeted roof to reform a roof or impart heat insulating and sound suppressing functions thereto while stably fixing it to a bolt part fixing the lower sheeted roof with high strength. SOLUTION: The roof plate mounting bracket 11 is provided for fixing the upper sheeted roof onto the lower sheeted roof 21 mounted with an upward sharpened bolt 25 and a fixture 26 and mounting it with a sharpened bolt 45 provided on the upper side. It comprises a pair of grounded pieces 56, 56 to be grounded on a top face 21a of the lower sheeted roof 21, the grounded pieces 56, 56 having curved clamping edges 56a formed at the opposed edges for entering under a collar portion 26d extending to the outer periphery of the fixture 26 to fasten a packing portion 26c provided under the collar portion 26d, when the grounded pieces 56, 56 approach each other.
