PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shower head having a changeover function of discharge forms of hot and cold water by which a higher freedom degree in design, and excellent appearance and operation performance can be obtained. SOLUTION: The shower head A includes a flow passage changeover mechanism C having a changeover flow passage 41 formed to allow the water to pass and a water passing hole 42 formed to supply the water, a main body 10 having a housing chamber 14 which is formed to fit the flow passage changeover mechanism C, and a water discharging member B mounted on the flow passage changeover mechanism C to be slidable in the axial direction of the housing chamber 14 and provided with a first water discharging hole 11 and the second water discharging hole 11a formed in a manner of communicating with the water passing hole 42. Part of the water discharging member B is exposed from the main body 10. By pushing and sliding the exposed part in the axial direction with respect to the flow passage changeover mechanism C, the water passing hole 42 of the flow passage changeover mechanism C is made to communicate with either one of the first water discharging hole 11 or the second water discharging hole 11a of the water discharging member B, so that the water discharge forms can be changed over.
