PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To individually hold corresponding piping or wiring different in outside diameter dimension, without making a gap in a position of a through-hole in an engine compartment wall. SOLUTION: A piping-wiring structure comprises: a boot 14 which is provided with a radially-expandable tubular portion 14a arranged in a hole 13a of a grommet 13 fixed in the through-hole 11a of the engine compartment wall 11, and a flange portion 14b provided in such a manner as to continue into the tubular portion 14a and capable of closing a peripheral edge portion of the hole 13a of the grommet 13; and a handgrip 15 which restrains the tubular portion 14a in the state of having the piping 12 inserted into the tubular portion 14a of the boot 14, and which makes the inserted piping 12 held by the tubular portion 14a. The tubular portion 14a of the boot 14 is formed in such a tapered shape as to have a large-diameter portion 14a1 provided in the state of continuing into the flange portion 14b, and a small-diameter portion 14a2 provided in the state of continuing into the large-diameter portion 14a1.
