PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carton having shaking function which is configured so that when its lid is opened, the lid stops at a position where an opening in the top of the body is opened sufficiently to enable the contents to be shaken out, and when the lid is closed, the lid is prevented from turning easily toward a position higher than the body with the result that the opening of the top opens accidentally. SOLUTION: The carton having shaking function is formed from the carton body and the lid that is located on the body and turned upward and downward. The lid has a first free wall extending downward and a pair of second free walls. A shake-out hole through which items stored in the carton can be taken out is formed in the upper part of at least one of the second free walls. The upper portion and shake-out hole of the second free wall is allowed to be exposed upward sidewise from the opening of the top of the body as the lid is turned upward. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
