PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite segment particularly low in manufacturing cost to excel in economical efficiency and sufficiently thin-walled while exhibiting sufficient strength property between a steel material and concrete by integrating the steel material with concrete. SOLUTION: Two main steel members 5, 5 are arranged in a steel shell K along a circumferential direction of a tunnel, and reinforcing members 9 are arranged at suitable spaces in the circumferential direction of the tunnel. The main steel members 5 are structural members each formed by connecting a vertical pair of shape steel members 6A, 6B arranged with a space, to each other by a truss reinforcement 7 machined in wave-like or zigzag shape, and are lined up along the inner surface of a skin plate 4. Both ends of the shape steel members 6A, 6B are connected to joint plates 3 through connecting plates 8. The reinforcing members 9 are disposed along the axial direction of the tunnel through spaces of the truss reinforcements 7, and both ends are connected to main girders 2, 2 through vertical ribs 10.
