PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid jet head which can reduce manufacturing costs and can simplify manufacturing processes. SOLUTION: The liquid jet head 100 includes a nozzle plate 102 which has nozzle holes 126 and supply ports 122, a substrate 106 which is formed above the nozzle plate and constitutes sidewalls of pressure chambers 124 with which the nozzle holes and supply ports communicate, an elastic plate 108 formed above the pressure chambers and the substrate, and piezoelectric elements 112 formed above the elastic plate.
