PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new double-sided protruding cylindrical portion-integrally molded body having a cylindrical portion configuring portions protruding on both surfaces of a flat plate, such as a bearing and a bearing holder. SOLUTION: The double-sided protruding cylindrical portion-integrally molded body 20 is formed by integrally press-molding the flat plate so as to have a double-sided protruding cylindrical portion 11 integrally continuing to both one surface and the other surface on the center portion of an external peripheral flat portion 4 as a round flat plate in a protruding state and having a round flange portion 13 protruding to the internal peripheral side of the protruding end of the other surface; and a plurality of protrusions 14 circularly arranged and protruding to the other surface and having a concave portion 15 from the one surface side in the inside thereof.
