PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress formation of neutralized agglomerate in neutralizing a fatty acid-compounded liquid and an alkali-compounded liquid. SOLUTION: A method for producing a neutralized product is provided, comprising bringing a fatty acid-compounded liquid and an alkali-compounded liquid into contact with each other followed by mixing them together by passing them through micropores for mixing and neutralizing use; wherein the retention time from their mutual contact to allowing them to flow into the above micropores is set at 1 s or less.
