FILTER CLEANING APPARATUS AND METHOD OF CLEANING FILTER

Filter cleaning apparatus (1) is a cleaning apparatus dedicated to cartridge filter for fluidized bed granulator and has treating vessel (2) in which cleaning liquid (10) is reserved. In the treating vessel (2), cartridge filter (3) is placed in the state of being immersed in the cleaning liquid (10). The cartridge filter (3) is disposed rotatably around approximately horizontal rotational axis line (O) within the treating vessel (2). Air nozzle (8) is disposed inferior to the cartridge filter (3). Pressure for upward moving bubbles from under water into the atmospheric air is applied to bubble flow (BF) ejected from the air nozzle (8).The cartridge filter (3) is efficiently rotated by an synergic effect of pressure of ejection of bubble flow (BF) and uprise pressure thereof, thereby attaining an enhancement of cleaning efficiency.
