<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain light weight by eliminating a conventionally provided reinforcement and stopper since a glass position when pushed up to the top of the glass stroke is restricted in a glass run capable of preventing a design lip from being opened due to deformation of the glass run by being pushed up to the top of the glass stroke. <P>SOLUTION: The glass run 21 comprises a base bottom part 2; an outdoor side sidewall 3 and an indoor sideside wall 4; and the design lips 8, 9 outwardly extending from ends of both the side walls 3, 4 along the respective side walls 3, 4, and is mounted after a distal end part of an outer panel 11 of a panel door is inserted to a clearance between the design lip 8 and the outdoor side sidewall 3 and a distal end part of an inner panel 12 is inserted to a clearance between the design lip 9 and the indoor side sidewall 4 respectively. A trim-like core material 22 comprising a hard resin is integrally provided on a portion from the outdoor side sidewall end to a base of the design lip 8 inserted with an outer lip end and a portion from the outdoor side sidewall end to a base of the design lip 9 inserted with the inner lip end. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
