<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute highly efficient data communication without frequent occurrence of delay check response time-out. <P>SOLUTION: The telecommunication apparatus includes a management means for determining the maximum segment size (MSS) for data transmission and reception, a buffering means for buffering data size to MSS or less, a segment constituting means for constituting a couple of segments by dividing the buffering data, a transmitting means for transmitting each segment constituted to a communication terminal, a receiving means for receiving the signal for check response to the transmitted segment, and a detecting means for detecting whether delay check response is made or not from the check response signal received. This telecommunication apparatus is controlled in the manner that when a delay check response is detected with the detecting means, the data is divided and a couple of segments are constituted or when no delay check response is detected, the data is not divided and one segment is constituted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
