<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent bubbles from remaining between an emitter film surface and an adhesive surface of an adhesive tape thereby to enable the adhesive surface of the adhesive sheet to be adhered to the emitter film surface. <P>SOLUTION: A carbon nanotube raising method includes the steps of: adhering the adhesive surface of an adhesive sheet 14 to the surface of an emitter film 4 that includes a carbon nanotube 8 and an inorganic binder 10; and separating thereafter the adhered adhesive surface of the adhesive sheet 14 from the surface of the emitter film 4 to expose the carbon nanotube 8 from the surface of the emitter film 4 and raise the carbon nanotube 8, wherein during the above adhering process, the surface of the emitter film 4 is covered with the adhesive surface of the adhesive sheet 14, the pressure in an internal space 16 encircled by the surface of the emitter film 4 and the adhesive surface of the adhesive sheet 14 is controlled to be lower than the pressure in an external space 28 on the side of the surface of the adhesive sheet 14, thus the pressure difference between the internal pressure and external pressure causing the entire adhesive surface of the adhesive sheet 14 to be adhered to the entire surface of the emitter film 4 with isotropic pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
