摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To execute the learning processing of a rotation detection sensor in an internal combustion engine after surely preventing the over discharging of an electricity accumulation device. <P>SOLUTION: A motoring instruction part 520 generates an operation command (motoring command) for the error learning of a rotation detection sensor 101 to a motor control part 530 during charging by an external power source, and under the stop of an engine burn-up operation. A learning processing part 510 executes prescribed processing for error learning based on the output of the rotation detection sensor 101 under the generation of the motoring command.
