PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular clip capable of reliably fitting an object fitted to a vehicular member even if the axis of the vehicular member is not matched with the axis of the clip fitted to the object. SOLUTION: The clip 100 comprises a first clip 101 fitted to a fitting hole 1a of a vehicular member (an inner panel 1) in an engaged state, and a second clip 102 fitted to a fitting hole 2a of an object to be fitted (a garnish 2), and a fitting recess 16 for fitting a spherical head 13 of the second clip 102 is formed in an assembling part 6 of the first clip 101. While the spherical head 13 of the second clip 102 is fitted to the fitting recess 16 of the first clip 101, the first clip 101 is tiltable with respect to the second clip 102 with the center 13a of the spherical head 13 as a supporting point.
