<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bleaching composition promoting a bleaching effect of a hydrogen peroxide compound and having excellent appearance even after preservation, and a method for manufacturing the bleaching composition. <P>SOLUTION: The bleaching composition contains the following (a), (b), (c), (d) and contains the (b), (c), (d) as granulated granules or molded moldings: (a) a peroxide dissolved in water to produce hydrogen peroxide, (b) a chelating agent with five or less coordination positions and/or anions produced from the chelating agent, (c) a copper compound and/or a manganese compound, and (d) a binder compound selected from (d-1) a block polymer of polyethyle glycol and ethylene oxide and propylene oxide with an average molecular weight of 2,500-10,000 and/or (d-2) a nonionic surfactant whose HLB value obtained by the Griffin's method is 16 or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
