PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain safe and stable travel in transporting a display to prevent the fall of the device during transportation. SOLUTION: When a display part 12 having a liquid crystal display panel 16 descends relative to an exclusive base 14 equipped with casters 18, a lateral pair of leg plates 24 are interlocked with this descent and turned downward around a lateral shaft 20 to project auxiliary wheels 22 of the respective leg plates 24 to the outside from the inside of the display part 12.
