PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition capable of holding excellent heat resistance and oil-proofness, and allowing remolding. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic elastomer composition contains an acrylic rubber A having a carboxylic group as a side chain, and a polyamine compound B having two or more of a primary amine and a branched carbon and/or a branched nitrogen, and contains further a polyamide compound C and/or a polyester compound D.
