PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stirling engine generator capable of properly setting generation efficiency and generation output in response to a user's needs. SOLUTION: Heater heads 16 and 20 of a first and a second stirling engines 15 and 19 are connected in series to each other in a main exhaust passage 12 connected to an exhaust source 11. The main exhaust passage 12 is provided with a first flow rate control valve 22 and a heating device 23, and a branch exhaust passage 24 is connected to the main exhaust gas passage 12 in parallel with the heater head 16, the first flow rate control valve 22 and the heating device 23, and a second flow control valve 25 is provided in the branch exhaust gas passage 24. The temperature of the exhaust supplied from the exhaust source 11 is heated for combustion by the heating device 23, and a flow rate of the exhaust to be supplied to the heater head 16 is controlled by the first flow rate control valve 22.
