PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary compressor to compress a refrigerant to supercritical pressure and capable of securing a sufficient injection quantity by extending an area of a position capable of providing an injection port 17 and increasing a port diameter by delaying a cylinder chamber 25 to reach injection pressure in one cycle. SOLUTION: A capacity of a compression chamber 25b positioned at the discharge side against a blade 28b is made larger than a capacity of an intake chamber 25a positioned at the intake side with respect to the blade 28b when an oscillating piston 28 is positioned at a lower dead center while it is oscillated by forming one of an outer peripheral surface shape of the oscillating piston 28 and an inner peripheral surface shape of the cylinder chamber 25 into an egg shape projected to the discharge side and the other in an envelope shape.
