PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating apparatus capable of warming a hand part by a configuration other than a steering heater. SOLUTION: By having a sitting person touch at least a part from the seat surface peripheral edge part 9 of a seat 2 where a heating means 4 is disposed to a bottom surface peripheral edge part 10, the hand part 13 can be heated and comfortableness under coldness is improved. Especially, in the heating of an automobile, the crew in a passenger seat or a backseat can enjoy heating equivalent to the heating of the hand part that a driver can obtain by the steering heater.
