PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an error in control smaller when an optical element is driven by output from a position detection element and output from a vibration detection element. SOLUTION: A vibration prevention control circuit is provided that includes at least one analog-to-digital converter circuit 20 which samples and converts an output signal of the vibration detection element 106 which detects vibration of an imaging device, and an output signal of the position detection element 102 which detects a position of an optical component, into digital signals, vibration component processing units (26, 32 and 34) that process the output signal of the vibration detection element 106 which is digitized by the analog-to-digital converter circuit 20, down-sampling units (28 and 38) that down-sample the output signal of the vibration detection element 106 which is processed by the vibration component processing units (26, 32 and 34), which drives the optical component, on the basis of the output signal of the vibration detection element 106 which is output from the down-sampling units (28 and 38) and the output signal of the position detection element 102 which is digitized by the analog-to-digital converter circuit 20.
