The present invention generally relates to apparatus and methods for manufacturing a non¬ flammable liquid composition for wallboard, and the non-flammable liquid composition made by the same, and more specifically, to apparatus and methods for manufacturing a non-flammable liquid composition for wallboard which can provide versatility in its usage as a substantially absolute non-flammable liquid composition for wallboard, provide high efficiency with bw cost, and furthermore, contribute to improvement in productivity through a rapid chemical reaction, and the non-flammable liquid composition made by the same.
