The method involves rolling of rolling bodies (1) at running paths that are designed at outer and inner races (2, 3), which are arranged in prism tables bearing slots (4, 5). A race bed is formed by two ring elements (6, 7), where a separation plane of the ring elements runs through axially parallel running bases of the bearing slot (4). A diameter of the running paths of the rolling bodies is increased or decreased by a radial displacement of outer or inner races over prismatic flanks of the bearing slots. An independent claim is also included for antifriction bearing in form of a grooved ball bearing and a four-point contact bearing.
