<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital broadcast recording apparatus capable of recording information useful for a user by a method with excellent usability while inhibiting the recording of the contents of digital broadcast and protecting the contents. <P>SOLUTION: The digital broadcast recording apparatus (100) includes: a recording part (160) for recording the digital broadcast; a detection part (170)for detecting a packet including information relating to a part whose recording is permitted from the stream of a program whose recording is inhibited among the digital broadcast; and a control part (140) for controlling the recording part (160) so as to record the part whose recording is permitted on the basis of the information included in the packet detected by the detection part (170) when recording the program whose recording is inhibited by the recording part (160). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
