PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforced thermoplastic resin composition enhancing impact resistance in a falling time (surface impact strength in a falling ball test) in addition to excellent moldability, machinability and mechanical strength. SOLUTION: The reinforced thermoplastic resin composition contains a mixture of 10-60 mass% of a graft copolymer A with a graft chain A2 grafted to a gum polymer A1, 40-90 mass% of a matrix polymer B comprising one or more polymers selected from a group consisting of vinyl-based copolymer B-1, polycarbonate resin B-2 and polyester resin B-3, and 0.1-50 pts.mass of an inorganic filler D and 0.5-20 pts.mass of a polymer E containing glycidyl ether units with a mass average molecular weight of 3,000-200,000 based on the total 100 pts.mass of the graft copolymer A and matrix polymer B.
