<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ECM (Electret Capacitor Microphone) to which a countermeasure against heated air, cooling air, or thermal conduction to an inner component from a capsule which is suitable to suction conveyance in performing reflow packaging or could be a problem in the reflow packaging process. <P>SOLUTION: The electret capacitor microphone 100 includes: a conductive capsule 7 having an opening part 8 on a ceiling member 7a; a capacitor part C formed by a diaphragm 3 stored inside the capsule 7, a back plate 5 installed opposite to any one surface of the diaphragm 3, or an electret layer 5a provided for the diaphragm 3 or the back plate 5; and a cap member 6 which is provided between the capacitor part C and the ceiling member 7a of the capsule 7 and has a sound hole 6a at a part exposed through the opening part 8.
