PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotational speed detection device capable of detecting noise caused by magnetization of a magnetic material rotator. SOLUTION: A rotational speed detection device 20 generates an electrical signal according to a magnetic flux change caused by a rotation of a magnetic rotational body 12, and detects a rotational speed of the magnetic rotational body 12 based on the electrical signal. The rotational speed detection device 20 is provided with a noise determination means 31 for determining that noise is superimposed on the electrical signal when a reciprocation widthΔC of a vibration center C of the electrical signal exceeds a threshold.
