PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gravity-acceleration generating device capable of using expansion of rebound-acceleration or suction-acceleration, which is generated in an internal space in a speed change of an internal space inside structuring element with acceleration or deceleration of discharged electrons, to an external space in the external space. SOLUTION: This gravity-acceleration generating device is structured of a discharge power source 1 for supplying power for discharge, a discharged voltage generating circuit 2 for generating discharged voltage, a pair of control electrodes 3A and 3B for generating discharged current, a pair of control electrodes 4A and 4B for controlling speed of the discharged current, a control voltage generating circuit 5 for generating voltage for control, a control power source 6 for supplying power for control, and a voltage apply timing control circuit 7 for commanding apply timing of discharged voltage and control voltage relative to each other. Speed of the discharged electrons between the discharge electrodes 3A and 3B is changed (accelerated or decelerated) by the control electrodes 4A and 4B on the way of discharge.
