PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip for analyzing a liquid to be inspected which realizes both of the sampling from the supply region of the liquid to be inspected and the sampling of the liquid to be inspected by the dripping from a syringe or the like and has good user's convenience with respect to a left-handed user and a right-handed user. SOLUTION: The chip 1 for analyzing the liquid to be inspected includes a dripping opening part 2 from which the liquid to be inspected is dripped, a first contact port 3 opened in the direction crossing the opening direction of the dripping opening part 2 at a right angle to come into contact with the liquid to be inspected, the second contact port 4 opened in the opening direction of the dripping opening port 2 and provided at a position different from the first contact port 3 to come into contact with the liquid to be inspected, an analyzing part 5 for analyzing the liquid to be inspected, and the transfer passage 6 communicating with the first contact port 3, the second contact port 4, the dripping opening part 2 and the analyzing part 5 to transfer the liquid to be inspected to the analyzing part 5 by a capillary phenomenon.
