The invention relates to a system for the expression of a gene of interest in a cell, preferably a yeast, comprising: (1) means for integrating the system into the genome of said cell, comprising two nucelotide sequences, (2) means for selecting said cell in which the system is integrated, comprising a selection insert with two LoxP sequences flanking a promoter, an antibiotic resistance gene selection marker and a terminator, and (3) an expression cassette of the gene of interest, comprising a promoter enabling the expression of said gene, at least one cloning site enabling the integration of the gene, and a terminator.
