An automatic titration method of potassium permanganate consumption with a PC camera is provided to detect thin color without using a separate indicator, and to control the amount of potassium permanganate based on a difference value of a reference value and a hue average value. An automatic titration method of potassium permanganate consumption with a PC camera includes the following steps of: measuring a hue mean value of different pixels selected from an image which is formed by a PC camera having a yellow cellophane paper filter; controlling a flow rate of a volumetric solution based on a difference value of the hue mean value and a reference value; and performing automatically titration through detection of an appropriate end-point.
