A rotation force generation method using right and left weight difference of a chain is provided to generate permanent torque without energy loss by using weight difference of a chain hanging on the right and left of a chain gear. A rotation force generation method using right and left weight difference of a chain comprises: an upper chain gear(34); a sub-chain gear(35) being apart from the upper chain gear; a flat board body(31) positioned between upper chain gear and the sub-chain gear; one motor driving chain gear(30) and a plurality of guide chain gears(32) installed at the flat board body in a saw blade shape; and a chain(33) wound in the motor driving chain gear and the guide chain. The torque is generated with the weight difference of the chain.
