An electricity vehicle is provided to obtain energy by arranging a circular pressure element mount rubber ring inside the tire and operating a piezoelectric element due to the pressure applied to the tire. In an electricity vehicle, the top of a piezoelectric element or a rubber rod is pressed in case of pressing the rubber rod with pressure. A hanging ring is peeled off and a piezoelectric element is hit. The current generated in impact passes though a part of a wheel and moves to the center of a hill along a metal line. The air passing hole is formed at the center part. When the current flows from the piezoelectric element to an insulated wire, the current moves to an insulation metal line fixed to a car body.
