A nanocomposite composition and a formation method of functional coat are provided to show high deposition and film persistence, to ensure water repellency, antifouling property, and natural cleaning effect by rainwater, and to prevent the production of an organic compound on the surface thereof. A nanocomposite composition for a nonmetal construction exterior film is homogenized by repetitively defoaming and stirring a silicon resin 80 parts by weight selecting a cross-linking agent of a network structure in an end activating group of a siloxane bond; lanthanum nanoparticles 20 parts by weight; and titanium dioxide nanoparticles 100.0 parts by weight over 3,000 RPM in 36 khz ultrasonic waves.
