A display device is provided to make a contact member mounted on a driving circuit substrate contact with a receiving member through a through hole of a frame, thereby improving grounding capability of the driving circuit substrate. A display panel(100) displays an image. A driving circuit substrate(220) is connected to the display panel. A contact member(250) is mounted on one side of the driving circuit substrate. A frame(400) receives the display panel and the driving circuit substrate. A through hole is formed in the frame. A receiving member(500) is arranged in a lower side of the frame. The receiving member is connected to the frame. The contact member is contacted with the receiving member through the through hole.
