A battery pack is provided to enhance protection of a storage space of a protection unit from external force of storage space of a protection unit, therefore it is useful as a battery pack used in a mobile telephone or a mobile apparatus. A battery pack conaining a protection circuit(8) and a protection device(7) installed in a battery cell comprises an external can(3) having a floor of which one end is opened; and a sealing part fitted in the inner circumference of the external can. In the external can and sealing part, the sealing part is used as the bottom, the exterior can is used as the side, and a box shape part of which one end is opened is formed. |
