A rail-bike system and a method for managing the system are provided, which give passengers various sightseeing opportunities. An operating method of the rail-bike system comprises: a step which a rail-bike runs along the rail; a step which an RFID tag(122a) for the vehicle identification adhered to the rail-bike is sensed by an RFID reader(200); a step which the RFID reader transmits the recognition information to administration member(300); a step which the administration members receive, process and output the recognition information; and a step for producing the statistical information.
