An emergency escape device for the high-rise building comprises: a vertical path(2) installed at high-rise building(1); an emergency chamber(3) which is installed at each layer to communicate with the vertical path; an escape assistant stage(4) installed at each emergency chamber; a sensor(5) for driving the stage; an exit(6) positioned in the bottom of the vertical path; a pressure sensor; a rescue suite(9) falling down along the vertical path; an escape suite; an exit door(7) opening and closing the exit according to the sensing signal of the pressure sensor; and a speed control damper controlling the inside air pressure of the vertical path by a plurality of sensors.
