REMOTE CONTROL SYSTEM AND THE METHOD OF A MACHINING CENTER

A system for managing remote control and a remote management method of machining center are provided to make the active management of administrator possible by transmitting the processing information to the administrator of the remote site. A system for managing remote control of machining center(100) comprises a controller(110), a power supply(200), a detection sensor, a server computer(500) and an external computer(A). The controller controls the main axis motor and the feed motor of the machining center. The power supply supplies the electricity to the main axis motor and the feed motor through the controller. The detection sensor senses the operating state of the feed motor and the main axis motor. The server computer transmits the control signal to the controller. The server computer receives the operating state of the feed motor and the main axis motor from the detection sensor. The external computer monitors and tracks the operating state of the machining center. The monitoring and the tracking of the external computer are performed by connecting to the server computer through internet.
