A cold and hot water purifier is provided to allow a user to drink cold and hot water using a container such as a cup or the like, enable the user to simply drink cold water even without using the container, and manage a drain pan simply and hygienically. A cold and hot water purifier comprises a main body, a filter part(20), a storage tank(30), a cold water generator(40), a hot water generator(50), a cold/hot water supply part, and a bubble supply part(70). The filter part includes a sedimentation filter(21), a carbon filter(23), and a main filter(25). The carbon filter is consisted of a pre-carbon filter(23a) and a post-carbon filter(23b) disposed in front and rear of the main filter. The main filter has a filter drain hose(27) installed thereon. The cold water generator includes a cold water tank(41), a compressor(45), and a cooling coil(47). The cold water tank has a cold water tank drain hose(43) connected thereto. The hot water generator includes a hot water tank(51) and a heating unit. The hot water tank has a hot water tank drain hose(53) connected thereto. The cold/hot water supply part includes a cold water cock(61), a hot water cock(65), and a cold/hot water drain pan(68). The cold water cock is connected to a cold water supply hose(63), and the hot water cock is connected to a hot water supply hose(67). The cold/hot water drain pan has a cold/hot water drain hose(69) connected thereto. The bubble supply part includes a bubble cock(71), a pressurization pump(73), a circulation hose(75), and a bubble drain pan(78). The bubble drain pan has a bubble drain hose(78a) connected thereto.
