A photographing apparatus is provided to attach/detach a filter unit to/from the inside of a main body of the photographing apparatus, thereby simply realizing detachment and attachment of a filter. A lens unit comprises a plurality of lenses. A photographing element(122) images by receiving image light from the lens unit. At least one inlet of a slot shape is formed in one side of a case unit. The photographing element is arranged in the inside of the case unit. A filter holder is arranged in the inside of the case unit. A filter unit(128) is detachably installed in the filter holder through the inlet.
