An insert injection mold and an insert injection molding method using the same are provided to improve productivity due to reduction of a badness rate, and to improve operation efficiency with easy change of a mold. An insert injection mold includes an insert material fixing unit(300), an air slot(310), and an air inhalation unit(350). The insert material fixing unit fixes and absorbs an insert material(200) which is inserted into a cavity(100) of the insert injection mold. The air slot passes through an inner wall of the cavity. The air inhalation unit is installed at one side of the air slot to inhale the air of the cavity through the air slot.
