Impulse generator of a direct inertial force with a fixed radius of rotation and a constant change of angular speed of a lateral centre of mass consists of a lateral centre of mass (4) which is fixed to a single siding of a lever (3), which is fixed to the axle of a buncher (2) which is a constituent of a buncher (1). Revolving itself around the axle of the buncher (2), together with a single siding lever (3) the lateral centre of mass (4) during the first half period of rotation constantly increases angular speed and during the second half period of rotation it constantly reduces the angular speed.
