A navigation apparatus having electronic toll collection function is provided to insert a hipass card into the navigation apparatus without unnecessary hipass terminal. The hipass unit is electronically connected to money storage module of hipass card which is inserted to the navigation apparatus and wirelessly communicates with hipass system.
