A first and second inner dies (20, 21) are combined to form a molding cavity (13), in which a fluidic material is charged and hardened for molding a tubular member (12), which has a side surface at least partially defining a projected portion (17) being higher at one end (15) than the other end (16). The first inner die (20) forms an inner space of the tubular member (12). The second inner die (21) forms the projected portion (17). A first actuating unit (24) draws the first inner die (20) from the other end (16) along a first moving path (L1), which is substantially linear along an axis of the tubular member (12). A second actuating unit (25) draws the second inner die (21) from the other end (16) along a second moving path (L2), which bulges toward the inner space and passes through the inner space.
